Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders or any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or phone.

Standard Shipping (within India):
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location. -
Express Shipping (select locations):
Delivery in 1–3 business days. Extra charges may apply.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to factors like remote area serviceability, weather, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

Orders below ₹499 may incur a flat shipping fee (displayed at checkout).

Additional charges may apply for bulk or special requests.
4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate while placing the order.

We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
6. Missed Deliveries

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt re-delivery.

After 2–3 failed attempts, the product may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India.
